M62

With premium audio quality and processing for up to 3-way stereo or 6 way mono systems, the M62 provides generous amounts of signal processing and a wide variety of crossover shapes including Hardman filters, a crossover shape unique to Ligwa. Near the crossover frequency a Hardman crossover filter offers the same characteristics as the well known Linkwitz-Riley configuration but can sound cleaner and cause less driver stress because of a much faster roll off for out of band energy.

Straightforward control of all features is possible directly from the front panel although this can be locked if tamper proof operation is desired. Remote operation is possible with Ligwa’s intuitive PodWare PC application over BvNet, our easy to implement network. BvNet is an RS485 based system that allows many devices to be ‘daisy chained’ over hundreds of metres using low cost cables and without the need for network switches etc. Simple operation of a single M62 is possible via RS232. At all times the sophisticated software ensures that PodWare controls and those on the M62 front panels are always synchronised
